Cornish cross chickens

Cornish Cross broiler chickens are raised on pasture at Graise Farm.  For the highest quality chicken, Graise chickens are raised outside , with mobile chicken tractors to protect from predators, with fresh air and sunshine 24/7. They are allowed to forage and peck and scratch for bugs and are provided certified organic feed that is raised without pesticides or fertilizers. Chickens are free from antiobiotics. Pasture-raised chickens offer a leaner, tastier meat containing more Omega-3 fatty acids and less overall fat than commercially raised chickens. Cornish Cross have meatier breasts than Red Rangers.

freedom Ranger chickens

Freedom Ranger broiler chickens are raised on pasture at Graise Farm.  For the highest quality chicken, Graise chickens are raised outside, with mobile chicken tractors to protect from predators, with fresh air and sunshine 24/7. They are allowed to forage and peck and scratch for bugs and are provided certified organic feed that is raised without pesticides or fertilizers. Chickens are free from antiobiotics. Pasture-raised chickens offer a leaner, tastier meat containing more Omega-3 fatty acids and less overall fat than commercially raised chickens. The flavor of the Freedom Ranger chickens is overall a more dark meat flavor when compared to Cornish Cross.
