Order Eggs for On-farm Pick-up at Graise Farm

​All chickens and ducks at Graise Farm are allowed to roam outdoors daily, weather permitted, to forage and enjoy fresh air and sunlight. Studies show that free ranging chickens and ducks lay more flavorful, nutrient-dense eggs. Graise Farm chicken eggs and duck eggs are available for on-farm pick-up. See our order form below for details. You can also find Graise Farm chicken eggs at Just Foods Coop in Northfield(MN), Faribault Hy-Vee, Fareway (Faribault), Owatonna Hy-Vee, and Keepsake Cidery in Dundas. Graise Farm duck eggs can be found at Hy-Vee in Faribault and Owatonna, Just Food Co-op in Northfield and various food co-ops throughout the Midwest or purchased through Co-op Partners Warehouse.

Chicken eggs

​Local Yolks from Graise Farm chickens fed conventional feed from a local mill. Chickens are allowed to roam outdoors in the farmyard most days of the year. Pullet eggs (small eggs) available seasonably.

DUCK EGGS

All Graise Farm ducks are allowed to roam the farmyard daily and are fed certified organic feed. Duck eggs are highly nutritious exceeding chicken eggs in protein, omega 3. Duck eggs can be prepared similar to chicken eggs in any egg dish and provide a more moist, flavorful result when used in baking. Some bakers find that duck eggs help bind together gluten free flours better than chicken eggs.
